Tech Tips
If your 2.3L Turbo experiences roughness under hard (boosted) acceleration but smoothes out if you "let up" just a little, the most probable cause is spark plug wires. All wires, even when new, are not the same and the Turbo Engine has some special wire needs. Use ours.

Fatigued or broken motor mounts or transmission mounts can cause a vibration problem that is often felt through the floor or the seats. Check for adequate clearance between the engine oil pan the rear of the front crossmember. This is one of the first places that can be affected.

All prices are U.S. Dollars and subject to change without notice. Availability is subject to prior sale. All prices are ex-dock our warehouse and exclusive of shipping charges.

Payment
There is a $15.00 minimum invoice charge. All orders must be accompanied by money order or Visa/MasterCard/Discover account number and expiration date. No COD's.

Shipping
We will ship UPS surface whenever possible, or unless otherwise instructed. Shipments by USPS Express Mail and Priority Mail seem to work best for our Canadian customers. Shipments requiring customs documentation may be charged a nominal fee for proper documentation. You may select UPS Ground or 3 day, FedEx 2 day and overnight (even Saturday) delivery to most US locations. We can also arrange direct (expedited) shipment from Ford Motor Co. to your door. (USA only)

Damage Claims
Claims for damage in shipment must be made by you, to the freight company, as soon as the damage is discovered. Broken or torn boxes should be reported immediately and so noted by your delivery person. Claims for shorted shipments must be made to us within seven (7) days of receipt of that shipment.

Warranties
Many of the products you purchase from Rapido are covered by warranties provided by the original manufacturers. It is the customers responsibility to retain and be able to supply copies of the receipts and records should it become necessary to persue a warranty. Some products are not covered by any warranty (Ford Motorsport for instance) even though they are premium quality merchandise. Rapido does not offer, imply or extend any warranty beyond that provided by the actual manufacturer.

Returns
Merchandise may not be returned to us without prior permission and the issuance of a return authorization number. No returns after 45 days from your invoice. A 20% restocking charge will be required unless due to our error. Freight must be prepaid on all returns. Freight collect or COD returns will be refused.
